All skincare and retail product sales are final once packaging has been opened or used. Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. Products must be in resalable condition and accompanied by a receipt. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Services:
All services are final sale. There are no refunds or returns on services rendered, including but not limited to aesthetic treatments, wellness services, packages, or series. Payment for services is due in full at the time of service.
